The market is full of analyst recommendations on stocks. Some good, bad and others just fine. How brokers get to these recommendations and what you are before acting on these recommendations to consider?

Intrinsic
Most brokers have a field of research where the focus of their work that the “intrinsic value” or “real value” to reach the company are publicly traded. If the stock is below the intrinsic value is considered a purchase. If this trade, it is considered a sale. So what analysts had in mind when determining an intrinsic value?
